노동의 가치와 그 함의들

초록

What are the implications of labor in today's Korean society? What is the first thing that comes to mind when we hear the word work? The meaning of work has traditionally had a negative connotation. But through the Protestant period, labor was regarded as a heavenly calling. As we entered a capitalist society, the value of labor began to fall again. In capitalist society, workers were regarded as a factor of production managed by capital. Rather than becoming the subject of labor on their own, the worker was merely a subordinate to capital. What about our perception of workers in modern society? In a society where various occupational groups live in harmony, workers are also proudly working hard as members of the society. However, the reality today is that the many achievements and efforts they contribute to society are not proportional to fair treatment in this society. Above all, this thesis talks about the value of labor. And this thesis says that the dignity and value of work has an important contribution to society regardless of the occupational group of the work.
