초록

Researchers have studied User Experience (UX) using various methods, including the analysis of online reviews. There are several approaches to analyze online reviews, such as text mining, lexicon development, and deep learning. However, analyzing online reviews accurately is not an easy task, as users’ cognitive and emotional aspects are often reflected in the process of writing reviews. In this paper, we created a frequency-based lexicon on the expressions of online reviews related to UX and applied it to analyzing the characteristics found in online user reviews. As a result of the study, it was found that online reviews from users tend not to necessarily match ratings when expressing functional issues, and it was revealed that users do not frequently mention functional superiority. © 2024, ICIC International.
