레크리에이션 지도자의 지도력특성과 자기관리 능력의 관계

초록

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management ability of recreationers. In order to achive this purpose research question was established as the following, there will be relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management ability of recreationers. Participants for this study were 500 of 24～40 aged workers. Of participations valid data were 451. They completed a modified inventory related to the term of traits of leader ability and self-management ability. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most meaningful results of the study were as follows; there was influenced to the relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management ability of 24-40 aged workers. The following is conlusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hopothesis Ⅰ was differented to the relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management communication determination of workers. Hopothesis Ⅱ was differented to the relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management of problems of workers. Hopothesis Ⅲ was differented to the relationship between traits of leader ability and self-management of group of workers.
