CCF factor estimation under mixed testing schemes within the same CCF group

초록
This paper deals with a problem caused by mixed testing scheme when we estimate the Common Cause Failure (CCF) factor under the mixed testing schemes, non-staggered testing and staggered testing, within the same CCF group. We propose a method for CCF factor estimation using alpha factor under mixed testing schemes within the same CCF group, and applied the method to an example system.
