중등학교 체육교사의 생활체육 참가정도와 직장만족의 관계

초록

This study has examined the real analysis and degree of satisfaction and effection of school organization of the physical educator's participation in the field of sports for all. To study and demonstrate physical educator's degree of satisfaction and effection of school organization accompained by participation in sports for all, I choose 434 teachers who work in Kyungki-do and Seoul. Through comparison and analysis, I reached the conclusions as followings: First, Research hypothesis Ⅰ was identified by results of analysis. Second, Research hypothesis Ⅱ was identified by results of analysis. Third, Research hypothesis Ⅲ was identified by results of analysis.
