An Empiric Study of Relationship between Privacy Preferences and Job Satisfaction

초록

The purpose of this study is to determine how job satisfaction of workers is influenced by their concepts of and attitudes – that is, their perceptions – toward privacy. The Primary goal of the study relates to the identification of a relationship between perceptions of privacy as it is defined and practiced in South Korea and job satisfaction levels among South Korean A-Electronic Company workers, examining how demographic variables influence this relationship.
