소년범죄 사건 이후 피해소년 및 가해소년의 경험에 관한 사례연구

초록

This study was a multiple case study that explored theexperiences of juvenile victims and offenders. The studyconducted in-depth interviews and follow-up analyses for fivevictims and five offenders. According to the primary resultsfound in this study, the experiences of juvenile offenders andvictims during the conflict resolving process following the crimecould be classified into the experience of victimization, attitudestoward each other, and the failure to the conflict resolvingprocess on their own. Based on the findings above, the following suggestions couldbe made. First, for juvenile victims and offenders both, thus, itis necessary to make multi-lateral efforts to reduce the negativeinfluences caused by them. Second, it is important to providesupport to normalize the damaged relationships between thejuvenile victims and offenders, and to develop and distributere-integrative programs on the basis of newly adopted juvenilejustice system. For this purposes it is suggested that variousprograms based on restorative justice in the juvenile justicesystem is carefully examined and executed.
