중소 제조업 현장 근로자 안전사고 예방을 위한 AI CCTV 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the intention to accept an AI-based CCTV system for preventing industrial accidents in small and medium-sized manufacturing workplaces, considering technological and organizational environmental factors.Methods: This study conducted a survey targeting CEOs, managers, and workers in small and medium-sized manufacturing workplaces, and valid 345 data were analyzed by SPSS (ver 33.0) and R (ver 4.5.0) program packages.Results: As a result of the empirical analysis, among the characteristics of the AI CCTV system, efficiency, security, reliability, convenience, innovativeness, and responsiveness were found to have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, while efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness were identified as the key factors influencing perceived ease of use. In addition, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, CEO’s investment intention, and expectations of government support were found to have a positive effect on the intention to adopt the AI CCTV system.Conclusion: This study is significant in that it structurally analyzes the factors influencing the adoption of AI CCTV systems in industrial settings from a user perspective, thereby providing a theoretical and empirical foundation for the practical utilization and diffusion of the technology. Furthermore, beyond merely enhancing technological performance, the findings are expected to offer strategic implications for the effective adoption and stable utilization of AI CCTV systems in real-world industrial environments.
