한국형 감정노동 척도의 문항적합성: 골프장 여성캐디를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate item goodness-of-fit of Korean Emotional Labor Scale (K-ELS). Rasch rating scale model was applied to 1 dimensions 24 items of the K-ELS in a sample of golf caddy (n=446). The data were verified by Rasch rating scale modeling with jMetrik 4.1.1 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, 1 dimensions 24 items of the K-ELS was suitable. Second, 5-point rating scale was appropriate for the K-ELS. Third, 1 dimension 24 items of the K-ELS was suitable in item fitness and item difficulty to golf caddy. Fourth, the difficulty level of the K-ELS was distributed appropriately, and person attribute score was also distributed suitably.
