Flexible video metadata player for smartphone environments

초록

Video data are regarded as the three-dimensional data in which two-dimensional data change over time. For this, complex techniques are needed to search for and browse such contents as the objects appearing in videos. In this paper, we present a method used to effectively browse videos containing metadata under mobile environment. The proposed method can be used for UCC video mobile streaming services, since it can reduce unnecessary traffics by improving storage structures and transmission systems for large-scale metadata. ©2013 International Information Institute.
