This paper proposes a suboptimal peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction scheme, which is based on the time- and frequency-domain clippings, and presents its performance evaluation results for the European standard for terrestrial digital video broadcast (DVB-T) system. © 2007 IEEE.
