Effect of factors on the change of financial branches in the 4th Industrial Revolution

The technological and social changes caused by the 4th Industrial Revolution are changing the business model, dramatically change the operating efficiency of the organization and infrastructure, and cause changes in business resources, business methods and business expansion. Future financial branches will pursue not only efficiency and productivity improvement but a place building relationships with customers. Moreover, they will provide various financial services which play a complementary role of non-facing channels for further providing customized services.
