음악줄넘기 단체 팀장의 변혁 및 거래적 리더십이 지도자의 사회적 지능 및 조직충성도에 미치는 인과모형

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship model among transformational and transactional leadership, social intelligence, organization loyalty of the institution of music rope-skipping exercise. The subjects of this study were collected 229 the leaders working in the institution of music rope-skipping exercise for the aged in Kyunggi-do and Seoul in Korea. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the leadership had been developed by Bass(1985), social intelligence had been developed by Silvera, Matinussen, & Dahl(2001), and organization loyalty had been developed by Cole(2000)과 Dick & Basu(1994). The statistical methods such as corelational analysis and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions : There were showed in the casual relationship partly in all the hypothesis seting up this thesis.
