대학생의 창의융합역량 분석을 통한 교육과정 개선 방안

초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the major, grade, and gender differences of the creative confluence competency of university students with the aim of improving the curriculum for fostering creative convergence talents. The subjects of this study were 558 university students who attended liberal arts classes at S university in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were differences in creativity confluence competency of university students by majors in the background variables (major, grade, and gender). In particular, the creative confluence competency of the natural/convergence/arts major was the highest, and the current/court major was relatively low. Second, there was no difference in the creative confluence competency by grade. Third, the result of gender difference was that male students were high in all areas. Recently, universities are interested in developing subjects that focus on cultivating creative confluence capabilities. Therefore, the results of this study can be helpful for the development of curriculum considering major, grade and gender characteristics.
