초록
Delay tolerant network (DTN) can be used to deliver information centric networking (ICN) messages in fragmented networks using opportunistic contacts. In this paper, we propose an improved ICN-DTN protocol using data mule, where the characteristic of the data mule with more buffer memory is used. Then, the performance of the proposed protocol is evaluated using simulation. Performance evaluation result shows that the proposed protocol has better delivery probability than conventional protocol, with similar overhead ratio. © 2019 IEEE.
