초록
Stookie is an interactive and animated artwork through 3D projection mapping. A video of 3D contents will be projected onto five plaster casts. The video is organized with the five same faces of various expressions. These five objects are also the same plaster casts made of 3D objects. A plaster cast doesn't have the emotions like happiness, surprise, sadness, anger and jealousy. Similarly, Stookie's face is too boring to make me feel depressed. However, now he gain various expressions and emotions to explain his feeling as an artwork. In addition, he can control his eyes. When someone appears from Stookie's view, their eyes move and rotate through the position of the audience. If he catches audience's eyes, his eyes are glued to audience looking them. It means that he wants to connect and communicate with the audience. If so, just give your mind for a minute. Maybe it's all that he need. The combination between reality and virtuality (projected image) make Stookie. It shows the freedom of suppressed expressions. He wants to create the warm emotion for someone. Stookie is an excellent alternative to reflect human being and to overcome a lack of communication. Copyright is held by the author / owner(s).
