초록

There have been works addressing the issues of logistics services; but the yhave been limited to the cases of international business. Further, it was hard tocurrent study attempted to define and delineate the construct of logisticservice quality. In order to do so, with the review of extant literature,in-depth interviews with current pr ovider and customers of logistic services.In so doing, the current study was able to obtain the conceptual definition ofts:'Service Outcome Quality,' 'ServiceDelivery Quality,' and 'Service CapabilityQuality.'
