Blockchain recently has drawn attention in various fields especially financial sector and is expected to play an important role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution as well as to bring fundamental changes. In this study, we investigated blockchain technology and designed the research model with a set-up of five factors (security, availability, reliability, diversity, and economic efficiency). Also, we elucidated the differences in using blockchain technology in Korea and Vietnam. The results of this study will enhance the understanding of blockchain technology, and help organizations adopting the technology doing so successfully. ? Rushing Water Publishers Ltd. 2019.
