택견 지도자의 직무태도가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

초록

This study aimed to seek the effect of organizational effectiveness in the Taekkyon master's official attitude. The results as follows :First, in the difference in official attitude of Taekkyon masters among demographic variable, their academic level didn't show meaningful gap but another variables showed meaningful gap and all variables of teaching factors showed meaningful gap . Second, in the difference in organizational effectiveness of Taekkyon masters among demographic variable, the opening time of academy didn't show meaningful gap but another variables showed meaningful gap and all variables of official immersion showed meaningful gap Third, in the effect of organizational effectiveness in Taekkyon master's official attitude, the official attitude effected to official satisfaction and official immersion.
