실내공기실 개선을 위한 미구 CARB의 목지판상제품 규제방안과 국내제도와의 비교 연구

초록

Recently, California Air Resource Board (CARB) has conducted new regulation about formaldehyde emission standard for composite wood products. This is because the Air Resources Board evaluated formaldehyde exposure in California and found that one of the major sources of exposure is from inhalation of formaldehyde emitted from composite wood products containing urea-formaldehyde resins. However, the domestic certification system for composite wood products does not require the minimum standard of the formaldehyde emission. Therefore, it is necessary to make appropriate domestic regulation.
