남편의 원가족과 갈등을 겪는 부부들의 가족치료 사례연구

초록

The purposes of the study were to find characteristics influencing couples's conflict,therapist's intervention method, and the changes in family relationship. The samples were consisted of three couples, and the each family counseling ranged from 7 to 10 sessions,which included individual and couple therapy. The study used constant comparative analysis by using open coding method in within-case and cross-case to find factors influencing couples' conflict. The study used Miles and Huberman's matrix and graphical network display to show the characteristics influencing couples' conflict, therapeutic perspective and the consequences ofintervention. The results of the study revealed the collision of individual value and the characteristics in family of origin as the characteristics of couples' conflict. The collision of individual value included patriarchal confucianism culture, collective culture as traditional value, and equitable culture, individual culture as modern value as well as the confusion of roles. The characteristics in family of origin included rigid family rule, strong attachment to children, blaming communication in husbands' family of origin, and respect to children, the reinforcement of mother's role, explosive communication in wives' family of origin. The therapist's intervention method divided into interventive perspective, which included the relatedness in family of origin, the characteristics of communication method, and intervention techniques,which included educative approach, the utilization of experience, supportive attitude, the role of compromiser, role model, the use of flooding techniques. As the consequences of the intervention, there was revealed thechanges of family relationship, which involved in the finding of compromising point in values and the formation of spousal system beyond the characteristics in family of origin.
