Design and Implementation of An Application Service Providing Solution based on Web 2.0

Due to the growth and development of the Web, Web-related companies axe making significant investments in Web application development moving towards to Web 2.0. Google is already providing pure applications through the Web, such as Google Office (TM). A growing number of such applications provided purely through the Web are being developed. Moreover, Application Service Providing (ASP), which is easy to manage and less costly in maintaining and installing, is gaining popularity in big organizations such as corporations and schools. Therefore, this paper uses the recent leader of Rich Internet Application (RIA), Adobe Flex (TM) and Microsoft Terminal Service TM to implement the User Interface (UI) considering user convenience, and to resolve various problems of ASP service. We propose the ASP solution based on Web 2.0, which satisfies user demands in line with the goal of Web 2.0 era.
