초록
In order to determine the extent to which explosion-proof devices should be used in case of leakage in industrial sites handling flammable gases and flammable liquids, the calculation for classification of hazardous area should be carried out. At this time, the Korean Industrial Standard KS C 60079-10-1 citing IEC 60079-10-1, which is an international standard applied, is widely used. However, since the proposed liquid release rate equation does not clearly suggest a method of calculating the amount of vaporized, the calculation process is complicated, or excessive or insufficient results are induced. In order to improve this point, we propose an optimal liquid release rate calculation method, simplify the calculation process, and propose a practical and reasonable method.
