Determinant factors of big data transactions

초록

Data transactions are the key to data economy as well as the resource and asset of intelligence information society. The purpose this study was to find determinant factors of data transactions in reality. Potential determinant factors were extracted from the studies of the database, software packages, government and business cases and opinions of experts in the domestic industrial and academic circles. Related data were surveyed and analyzed with Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) so as to draw 6 superordinate factors and 23 subordinate factors and to find their priority. According to this study, expected benefit and necessity in terms of data application, importance and competition in terms of relevant industries, and the number of attributes in terms of data scope were found as high priority determinant factors. The priority of 23 determinant factors was analyzed. Based on the analysis result, this study tried to academically contribute to researching data economy and data transactions and to suggest practical guidelines to data economy participants. ?
