ERP의 사용자 친화성 제고를 위한 AI Agent 적용 방안에 관한 연구

초록

This study examines the structural limitations of user-friendliness in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and proposes an AI Agent-based framework to enhance usability and decision support. Although ERP systems have been widely adopted as core enterprise platforms, their complexity and rigid process structures often lead to low user satisfaction and limited operational efficiency. While AI technologies are increasingly being introduced into ERP environments, the effectiveness and implementation mechanisms of AI Agents remain insufficiently validated. To address this issue, this study proposes an AI Agent-based approach to improve the user-friendliness of ERP systems and to support more efficient task execution and decision-making processes, thereby contributing to the enhancement of overall system usability.
