초중고 학생의 교내·외 진로교육 프로그램(진로활동, 진로체험) 만족도가 진로개발 역량에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze how satisfaction with Korean elementary, middle and high school students' career education programs affects their career development competencies. This study used data from the 'Survey on Career Education in Schools (2019)' collected by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. The respondents of this survey were 7,501 elementary school students, 8,917 middle school students, and 8,365 high school students. For data analysis, reliability of research tools, descriptive statistics, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The major research results are as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction with the career education program (career activities, career experiences) and career development competency in both elementary and secondary schools. Second, satisfaction with career activities inside and outside school had a significant positive effect on the career development competency of elementary school students. Third, satisfaction with career education programs (career activities, career experiences) in and out of school had significantly affected career development competencies of middle and high school students. Based on these research findings, suggestions and follow-up studies on the in-school and out-of-school career education programs of elementary, middle and high school students were proposed.
