비즈니스 컨설턴트의 비윤리적 컨설팅 행동에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

초록

The consulting industry, so called knowledge service, has high added value. However, domestic consulting industry is very inferior to developed countries and large corporations is making small and medium enterprises harder. There has been lack of researches on these cases which are related with ethical act. Therefore, this study is intended to explore factors that decide practice urpose of ethical consulting. TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior) is applied to moral problem of consultants and the research model was developed by adding ethical culture of consultant association and professional ommitment . The questionnaire was carried out on 270 consultants while in office. This research shows that job commitment, prosecution risk, self-efficacy,performance risk, and the degree of competition affect indirectly unethical consulting behavior through TPB model. Also, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control affect unethical consulting intention. However,organization ethics culture does not affect unethical consulting intention.
